Privacy Policy
What this page covers
This policy applies to the personalized funding report you can request through this site, hosted at Fundable Chicago 2026 (the event on May 14, 2026 at Kennedy-King College) and reachable at fundable.project-baseline.com after the event. It is operated by Project Baseline on behalf of K-Nation Group, the event host.
If you submit your organization's information through the form on this site, this is what we do with it. And what we do not do.
What we collect
When you fill out the form, we collect:
- Organization information: name, mission, annual budget range, 501(c)(3) status, focus areas, geographic focus.
- Contact information: your name, role, and email address.
- Technical metadata: submission timestamp, a generated reference ID, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and rate-limiting only.
That is the full list. We do not collect financial account information, payment information, social security numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this form.
What we do with it
Your submission has one purpose: build your personalized funding report and send it to you. Specifically:
- The form data goes to our report generator, an AI system built on Anthropic's Claude model. The generator reads your inputs and produces a funding report (matched grants, story hook, action plan, readiness assessment).
- The report is rendered as a PDF and emailed to the address you provided.
- A copy of the report and your submission is stored in our internal system so we can reissue the report if you lose it, or follow up if you reach out to us.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
- We do not share your data with K-Nation Group, Fundable Chicago partners, sponsors, or any third party for marketing.
- We do not use your submission to train AI models. Anthropic does not retain or train on data submitted through its API.
- We do not add you to any mailing list, automated sequence, or drip campaign without your explicit opt-in. The only email you receive automatically is the report itself.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site beyond what is needed to ensure the page loads.
Who can see your data
Inside Project Baseline, your submission is accessible to Todd Walton (founder) and any consultant working directly on a related engagement, only as needed. We do not provide third-party access to organizational data submitted through this form.
Anthropic processes your form data to generate your report. They do not retain that data for training and they delete it after processing. Their privacy commitments are documented at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
How long we keep it
We retain your submission and the generated report for up to 24 months, so we can reissue the report if needed and respond to follow-up questions. After 24 months, your submission is deleted from active storage. You can request deletion sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the data you submitted
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your data from our records
Email [email protected] with your reference ID (found in the report) and the request. We respond within five business days.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use a single session cookie purely for security purposes (preventing form spam) which expires when you close the browser. No third-party analytics, no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tracking.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version here. Material changes that affect what we collect or how we use it will be communicated via email to anyone affected, before the change takes effect.
